Our Creative Learning Traineeship is a paid training scheme for anyone at the early stages of a career in participatory arts.

The traineeship will develop skills, confidence and experience in the administration, coordination and delivery of participatory, music-making workshops, concerts, and projects, through a paid programme which is responsive to their developmental needs.
