Rachael Erskine is a Senior Managing Director of Teneo, the global advisory firm. She specialises in board (non executive and executive) and senior executive searches. She leads the firm’s activities in Scotland as well as leading the UK CFO Practice. She advises across a range of sectors taking an active role in identifying diverse talent to senior roles and boards. She is a mentor for The Kilfinan Group in Scotland.

Rachael started her career with KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has lived and worked in London, New York and Glasgow.
